Here is how the program works:
- A Community Hero (Teacher, Medical Professional, Police, Fire, Veteran) contacts us to let us know they are interested in buying or selling a home.
- At closing, we provide our clients within our service area 20% of our commission, which can range from $1,000 to over $7,000 depending on the commission we receive from the home sale. This means that our clients do not have to wait for their money, as it is available to them immediately at the closing to help with their closing costs or pay down their interest rate.
- In addition to sharing a portion of our commission with our clients, we can also assist them in finding a lender who may offer additional savings on their home loan.r home loan.
